19-year old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his brother turned Boston in to real life Grand Theft Auto and brought the entire city under military siege. Once again, traditional media did a wonderful job at blundering the facts, playing on emotions, and failed at professional investigative journalism or asking rational questions. “The problem with living in the age of instant communication is that too many people feel they must communicate instantly. There was quite a bit of value to thinking something over, waiting for facts, evidence, and a completed investigation before stating an opinion. Opinions without facts are a waste of time and energy. All we have right now is speculation and that means we know nothing. How refreshing it would be to hear just that.”
